Returning to America’s famous modification event, SEMA, Toyota comes with several versions of their proud unit, the Toyota Supra, which have been modified with various orientations. One of the few Supra that is getting enough attention is the Toyota GR Supra HyperBoost Edition.
More performance-oriented, the Toyota GR Supra HyperBoost Edition project is handled by Rutledge Wood, a NASCAR racing analyst who is also a former Top Gear America host.
Together with the LL17 Motorsports, Rutledge added a performance package called Boost Logic to the 3000cc turbocharged inline 6-cylinder engine. In addition, this supra also gets an additional Boost Logic downpipe to direct the exhaust gas towards the titanium exhaust system that is located behind the car. The results from the addition of the Boost Logic package resulted in more than 750HP of power.
To handle this huge power, the legs have KW Automotive V3 adjustable coilovers. Then for the choice of rims fell to the 3-piece rim measuring 20 inches which has also been wrapped by Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires.
This Toyota supra uses a body that is mostly made of carbon fiber. Toyota added that the body kit attached to the Supra consists of 20 carbon fiber parts designed for bolt-on like an OEM body kit. The roof was also replaced by panels made from carbon fiber to help reduce load. At the stern of the shoulder can be found a fairly large spoiler
In closing, the Supra, which has a wider body, is given an elegant TRD Cement Gray paint color. To give an aggressive impression, the rims are given a red accent color.
